Refund and Cancellation

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if you meet the following conditions:

  • You request the refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase.
  • You have not completed more than 50% of the content of a single foundational course.

 

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to our support team at support.brightspace@amii.ca.
  • In your email, include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • The email address used for the purchase
    • The name of the course you wish to refund
    • The date of your purchase
    • A brief reason for the refund request (this helps us improve our course offerings)

 

3. Refund Processing

  • Once your request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Courses or products purchased more than 14 days ago.
  • Courses where a signifi cant portion of the content has been accessed or completed.
  • Any promotional, discounted, or free courses.
  • Services or digital products that are not part of the standard online course (e.g., one-on-one coaching, downloadable guides, or other separate digital assets).
